A short staircase takes you directly to the beach where, given the extension, people will thin out and lose themselves in the sand. The Interior is equipped with all comfortable and ceiling fans in all rooms and allows you to relax in the afternoon for the rest. Private parking in front of the front door takes the problem of stay and expenditure by storing the return from city supplies. The shower in the garden eliminates queues in the bathroom and a barbecue lets everything normally in the apartments in the city is difficult to achieve.
