Vacation in a luxury holiday cottage with sauna and fireplace on the beautiful Baltic Sea
It is situated in a quiet residential street - directly in Heiligendamm. The venue of Heiligendamm (actually a borough of Bad Doberan) is located near the town of Rostock, more specifically between Bad Doberan and Kühlungsborn directly on the Baltic Sea coast. The external lack of frills on the house continues inside, where high-quality materials and simple colours dominate. On the ground floor are located the living room, the kitchen and the bathroom with attached sauna. The upper floor has a bedroom and another small room, which can be used as a children's room or 2nd bedroom. Starting from the living room there is a sunny terrace facing west behind a protected beech hedge, inviting in summer for barbecues or sunbathing. The house’s orientation and the floor to ceiling windows in the living and sleeping area make for plenty of natural light. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything to prepare one’s own meals; the small dishwasher then quickly cleans the dishes. The cottage home has a size of almost 70 m2 with three rooms, and should attract guests who appreciate close to luxurious comfort and high quality standards, and who enjoy beautiful design as well.
The train station - where the legendary steam-powered narrow-gauge railway Molli stops – is just 300 metres away, hence an arrival by train would be possible. Shopping is possible in the place’s immediate vicinity and of course in the nearby Kühlungsborn, or in Bad Doberan, both near Heiligendamm.
From the motorway exit Bad Doberan drive in the direction of Bad Doberan. In Bad Doberan, I recommend not to take the signposted bypass, but to drive first about 1 KM straight through the village and then to follow the signs to Heiligendamm. Arrived in Heiligendamm, about 200 m after the town border sign, turn left over the railway. After about 150m you will find the house on the left.
