You will find our condo furnished with upgraded amenities not usually found in rentals - we have owned for 17 years and have furnished for the enjoyment of our family. Irish crystal wine glasses, binoculars, spices in the cupboard, terry lounge covers for the pool lounges, George Foreman grill, rice cooker, waffle iron, large beach towels and beach chairs, blender, picnic basket - just some of the amenities. Queen Beauty Rest Euro Top mattress..... sofa in living room is NOT sleeper, so very comfy to sit on. The lap pool is heated and beach side, 25x160 - shuffle board courts near the bar-b-q area 9 gas grills and tables).

Quiet and secluded, only a few steps from the beach. Shopping/dining in Azeka Plaza's, only a few minutes walk. Miles of beach to walk and enjoy. Wind surfing right in front, you can rig and launch on the grassy area. Snorkeling 2 miles down road and surfing 1.2 miles down Kihei Road. Also easy walk to dining and super market with a wonderful deli.....

The address is 49 West Lipoa Street, located where Lipoa Street deadends at the ocean... The complex is located directly on the beach. Our condo is in Building D, end unit right on the ocean. We have FULL ocean front, not just ocean view - there is a difference. We are top corner unit, it is a 2 story building and we have private stairs and entrance.
